It's the Simple Things....

I don't get to see my sister and her kids very often because they live in Australia, but thanks to the internet and their blogging dedication, I don't miss much.

Here's my nephew at his holiday concert. It puts a big smile on my face. The lyrics are below, "scarlet" is his doggy and a "bikkie" is a cookie.

Please, please, may I have a bikkie.

It's the little things that make me smile, and I watched this video over and over and over. This what the Holidays are all about for me. Being thankful for the people in your life that you love and who love you back. It's about giving and helping others. And most importantly to me, it's about spending time with the people you love whether it's in person or over the internet.

Shepherdstown, WV - When I speak of the best, most awesome, hair and make up stylist EVER, I am speaking of Autumn. Now, you will have a face to the name. She is gorgeous to say the least. I was so excited to take pictures of her in her wedding dress. I was her Matron of Honor and didn't get to take pictures at her wedding. This was better though for a number of reason including it was not 90 degrees and it was stress and time constraint free.

A beautiful bride amongst all these wrecked cars and trucks. Actually, there used to be LOTS more junked cars here but they cleaned it out. Darn!
