Josh and Lindsay: Just Because

Josh is the brother of Tim and you might remember him from a recent post. Josh and Lindsay just wanted pictures "because"...hence the "just because". It was freezing cold that day so we started inside their new townhouse and ended up outside for little bit. So without further ado....

This is their new puppy, Hoozier.

Then, out into the cold.

Gorgeous....

Snuggle in...it's cold out here. My view...

Christina's View...

Definitely need a canvas of this one. :-)

And the slide show....

Thanks guys. I hope you like them. See you soon.

Christian: Personal

I just had to post a couple pictures of Christian. He is such a cutie. His mommy, Leigh, is one of my best friends. So, this is for you Leigh. I snapped these real quick at the shower.

Baby Shower: Personal

This past Sunday was Nicole's baby shower. I think it was a total success. We played games and painted onesies....you can see them below. Nicole is now 35 weeks and I can't believe how time has flown. Next up, maternity pictures. We've been taking pictures all along but now it's time for some "real" maternity pictures. I can't wait! Check back for the ones she will allow me to post. For now enjoy the pictures of the beautiful onesies that family and friends painted at the shower. Can you guess which ones are mine? LOL!

Nope, I didn't paint this one. My girlfriend and paparazzi partner, Christina, painted this one. Isn't it adorable?!

Inside joke on this one....

Tid Bits about Me: TTD

In case you aren't familiar with me, I just got married October 4th to my boyfriend of 8 years, Jason. It was a long time coming, and I think all of our friends and family would agree that it was about damn time. LOL! For our honeymoon, my entire family met in Hawaii (Big Island). Now, let me explain that one because I am sure you are thinking why would we want to go on our honeymoon with family. Well, it's a long story but one of my sister's lives in Australia. So, we all met in Hawaii as she could either come home for the wedding or having a "real" family vacation of her own. So we all met up in Hawaii for a family vacation. We did get a week to ourselves as well...we aren't that crazy! Anyway, my brother-in-law has been into photography for a while and I asked him if he would take trash the dress pictures of me in Hawaii. For those of you who dont know what TTD is check it out Here. Luke was ecstatic about taking the pictures to say the least, and we had a blast.

For those of you wondering, yes I really did take my 100% silk, $1500, Paloma Blanca gown to Hawaii for the sole purpose of "trashing" it. What else are you going to do with it? Put it in a box? Why not take some gorgeous pictures of it that you can treasure forever? Let's face it, your daughter will probably not want to wear your gown. Now, I feel better about it just sitting there because I know i got more use out of it than just 1 day.

Definitely blowing this one up. I love everything about it.

One of my favorites.

I am blowing this one up to a huge 5 foot canvas. I love it!

Haha....my savior...

Then it was down to a local watering hole at the base of a lava tube. The locals jump from the bridge down into the hole but we chose the safer route and jumped from the rock. It was still 15 feet up. My gown was like an innertube. It bounced me back up to the surface really quick. I barely went under. It scared me a little actually. I thought for sure it would smother me and render me helpless.

If you are interested in "trashing" your gown, send me a message! You don't necessarily have to "trash" your gown. It's all about creativity and showcasing your beautiful gown. It can be anything from just a farm setting, to urban, to the beach, to cutting it to bits. It is totally up to you. After all that, my gown came clean at the dry cleaners and looks brand new. It was dirtier on my wedding day from the grass and stuff. The salt water actually cleaned it a little for me.

Nicole: Belly Updates

Nicole is 33 Weeks now! She is absolutely adorable. Jason and I helped Kevin paint the nursery today. I think it was making me more nervous than them that it wasn't painted yet. Of course, I am just really anal and organized. A dirty dish in the sink annoys me. Anyway, back to Nicole. Her baby shower is next Sunday at my house and I am super stoked. I have some great things planned. Love you lots Nicole.

Todd & Ashley: Wedding

Back on November 1st, I second shot a wedding with my friend Christina. We had a blast together. The creativity just bursts when we work together. We were really excited to have some fun with the bride and groom pictures because they were up for anything. However, it didn't work out that way. It was almost dark by the time the receiving line finished and time to eat. So we had to work fast and in the cold wind. Just a word of advice to all those future brides. Allow time between your ceremony and reception for pictures. And make sure that if you want outside pictures that you plan around what time the sun goes down. The other option is to meet each other before the ceremony. I personally did not do that but it works best that way.

I told you it was windy! Christina actually took this picture with my camera. We were just waiting for another big gust of wind.

The men...

Married!

Todd is the youth pastor of the church (Calvary Temple)

Isn't her bouquet gorgeous!

I love the father/daughter dance....so sweet.

Play nice ladies.....

I thought this was so sweet. Ashely's grandmother was taking a picture of her before the ceremony.

A sisterly moment after the MOH speech.
